Pensão Londres

This is a budget 2 star hotel. The location was good being in the old town and near the centre, but it is at the top of a hill. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well as the botanical gardens. The room was good, clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast is included but pretty basic and the breakfast room was quite crowded at times. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in Bairro Alto a neighborhood happened to be in my list of sights to be seen. It is close to Metro and the Russio square if you don't mind the walk on the very steep Gloria Avenue. The room I stayed is small and could use some updates but still clean and comfortable. The front desk people were all helpful giving information and directions. The breakfast room is really awesome like a fine dining restaurant and so is the continental breakfast.

Uncomfortable and short beds.Tiny bathroom. Very noisy during the night. Only two members of the staff are nice. Basic breakfast.

It was way over priced and incredibly noisy! Carpet was filthy and bathroom a bit stinky.

the host and receipsionist was an amazingly polite man! very helpful and very welcoming
