Everything was amazing. You felt all the privacy you needed but the staff was always available. The property is awing, tastefully decorated. Every common area was its own experience and they are located in the popular block to shoot the street with the church. Completely recommend to everyone.

This is a beautiful building in the heart of the old town. However, staff were unresponsive to requests (problems with wifi and questions about laundry) and water was never left in the room (they tell you this will be done daily). The breakfast is basic and lacks choice.

This is an absolutely beautiful property and full of history in its walls, furniture, doors, balconies and overall architecture. The pool is amazing and so peaceful. The water temperature, perfect! It is definitely a minimalist historic house/hotel in the heart of the walled city of Cartagena. Our room was very comfortable, perfectly clean and nice. The a/c was heavenly and much needed. The rooms do not have a TV, but truly it's not needed when you are in a city like Cartagena or relaxing by the pool. The only food/bar serivice that you will get is breakfast, which is included and delicious.The staff is also minimal, but very kind and helpful. We needed trusted transportation from the airport and the hotel staff arranged it for us, which was so helpful. There is not a mini fridge, restaurant, or bar at this property, but if you bring cold drinks they are happy to store them in the kitchen fridge for you. There's always cold water and glasses available throughout the day in the dinning room area, which is nice. There's a small mini-market just around the corner called Ara, very helpful.

Sem palavras para descrever essa hospedagem incrível. O nome “casa” não é à toa. Foi exatamente como me senti naquele lugar. Os quartos são amplos, espaçosos, não possuem tv ou frigobar (o que pra mim não fez a menor diferença, mas pode ser que faça para outros hóspedes). Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e atenciosos. A piscina é uma atração a parte: linda e convidativa, com a temperatura ideal para aliviar o calor colombiano. Os produtos de higiene são de ótima qualidade, super perfumados. A decoração toda da casa é de extremo bom gosto. E a localização é muito boa, próxima a bares, restaurantes e alguns pontos turísticos.
