Convenient Place
Stayed a night there it was convenient and very close for a walk along la reforma. The rooms are small but sufficient. It was good for one night with a good bed. I did not have breakfast there.

Stayed 7 nights. At check in time they said wifi was down but will be up tomorrow. At check out time, seven days later, still was down. In the room was big and small cockroaches, mosquitos. The shower and toilet room had a moldy, musty smell. Sirens were loud all night. There were people camp out on the sidewalk outside the hotel. On last day when I woke up I turned on the tv and was excited to see apps on the screen and thought that finally had internet just to find out that even the regular tv was down too on a rainy day

DON’T BOOK
Horrible booking practices. We arrived and were told our reservation had been cancelled two hours prior due to errors in our booking information but we used the exact same information to book a different hotel. We were told we received an email notice but we didn’t receive anything. I had even called ahead to confirm the booking. The front desk staff was very indifferent and told us the hotel was fully booked. Based on other reviews, this is a common practice they do. Same script too.

They gave me a different room from the one that i paid for. I paid for the Deluxe double room with extra-large bed and they gave me the regular room. They excused themselves saying expedia tend to use the same pictures for reference in all their option rooms, which i think its unprofessional. Because i clearly didnt pay for the cheapest one. Taking that aside, nice location, the room was quiet and clean.
