Presidential Suites Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Very comfortable. Restaurant, games, shows and pool staff was very friendly. Good space to rest, relax and enjoy good foods.

The hotel itself is great in the sense that these are apartments and not rooms, however after 8,30 at night there is absolutely nothing to do except going to a very small casino with one dealer. The neighborhood is also not great, offers nothing to do so you can call this a very boring vacation and that is the opinion of several other guest. The staff is very kind and helpful but that is it.

When we checked in we had no air conditioning and the refrigerator was not working as well. To top it off, the showers had no hot water. Next day the whole property had no water whatsoever for basically the whole day. When I called to complain about no water the woman at the front desk stated “Oh for thirty minutes every day everyone has no water”. What is that???? Then finally after hearing other guests talking by the beach it was discovered basically the whole complex had no water at all. I will never go to this resort again and will work towards getting a partial refund.

Weather was great! The facility was nice overall. The furniture in the room was terrible. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and only two very worn out pillows on a king size bed. The breakfast buffet was great, and you should really take that opertunity to fill up. As the lunch and dinner buffets were not at all tasty. The staff were attentive and did their best make you happy.
