Navigator Apartments

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She directed us exactly where we needed to go and what train times would take us there. This is a no-frills hotel stay. It is very close to tram stops and easy to get around. The check-in is located at an off-site location so we had to walk an additional 10 minutes to check in and receive our keys. Make sure you have GPS to help find the way.

Amazing location, just next to the square, will definitely be coming back

Room was extremely hot but there was a stand-alone fan in the room. Location is very central and a short walk to the main market square. Check in was at the office around a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Quite intimidating men on the landing and in the doorway to the apartment block. Staff at office were helpful and friendly and we arranged our Auschwitz trip with them. However, pickup for the trip was 7am on the day of check out. We asked if we could leave our bags while on the trip which was agreed but on the day of the trip there was no one at the office so luckily the driver of the minibus agreed to let us take our bags with us and store them on the bus.
