Weston Suites & Hotel

Here is what you need to know: If you are looking for a comfy bed center city and not much more then this is your place. If you are looking for a place that seems well kept and modern go somewhere else. Room is clean and bed comfy but hotel is run down.Toilet not working.Reported it, fixed it, still not working Good AC and good room lighting.Staff is nice Breakfast:Due to safety all you get is a cart with a not so great sandwich, fruit, coffee, and juice.If that is enough for you then you are all set, just make sure to call.They forgot to stop by my room 2 out of 3 times.

the quality, the cleaning and the management is getting disappointing over the years. I got to the hotel and the checking took more than 2 hours ! Another guy was checking at the same time and started his night on the floor right next to the checking area and I did so. The management said they will compensate but did nothing ! They also said the system had an issue but it has been fixed, ( I had exactly the same issue 3 months before and also the time before that .... it ALWAYS HAPPEN ! ) So I tried to get in touch with the management to resolve this bad experience again but, they ignore the mails. Well if you are looking for an hotel when you go to Santo Domingo it’s worth to go to another hotel than the Weston, there is way to much complication at this one.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel, nothing has changed even though we now appear to be living in different time, same high quality professional service provided with a smile

I'd like to thank two of the front desk stafffs,one is Margaret and the other Miguel. Those two were excellent in terms of customer service, they had help me so many times in so many ways.

I like this hotel because it has a very good location and this is the only reason I end up booking this hotel. Beside that, I don't like the fact that the breakfast starts at 8:00 AM!!!! This is a city hotel, not a resort. People stay there just to spend the night, business purposes and leave early next morning, who will wait for breakfast at 8:00 am when must leave to work???? The charge for a breakfast they cant properly deliver

A little delay with the room, but good service and confortable room

The hotel it self was hot, stuffy. I had a smell to it. The room was not cleaned. The refrigerator would shut off every time that I would leave and caused all the food to go bad. House keeping did not clean the room 2 days in a row. when the room got clean they forgot to put clean towels and toilet paper.

They don’t provide: -hand towels -shampoo They didn’t clean our room/make beds/ provide clean towels They provide a coffee maker and coffee but they dont provide sugar/creamer/ cups The ceiling at the bathroom was damaged I would not recommend this place to stay if you are looking for comfort at your room
