Overall the hotel and its staff are superb. We had the pleasure of having lounge excess which was excellent in terms of food and beverage quality and variety. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The only subject of criticism was the breakfast: The variety of cold cuts was extremely limited and, even a manager's attention was drawn to the fact the plates remained empty. Same applied for the plate saying "smoked fish platter". There was a small pile of mackerel which didn't see any replenishment. A request for smoked salmon was successful and I received a small (sufficient) platter directly from the kitchen but the salmon did not find its way to the buffet. The list of small disappointments was quite long as also the variety of bread and fresh fruits was limited where you could only find melon, apples but nothing of fruits which were a bit more exclusive (e.g. some berries). It won't be fair saying the breakfast wasn't okay but is was a total mismatch considering the level of quality and exclusivity in the other sectors.

This is a large, well kept hotel that is about equal distance from the ADNEC and the Corniche. The rooms are large, the breakfast is well worth the additional expense and the staff are capable and polite. I had the added benefit of a combination washer/dryer in my room which I put to good use. Certainly I would recommend the hotel to business and pleasure travelers alike,

Good hotel overall. Stayed with a colleague as we were part of an event held in the ONYX room. Overall was good but the checking in and checking out process asked us about 3 times to send the Hotels.com voucher to their email. This is the first time i am asked about it when booking through this website.
