We had good experience while staying in the hotel, from front desk lady Cassie Chen who changed room when we have concerns and helped to get extra blanket , to clean lady in our room, and service staff in breakfast room. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. 1/2 a block away and there is a mall with food and shopping. 1 block away from Wangfujing pedestrian street. The apartment style living is comfortable and great for our family. My only complaint is that the bathrooms and sleeping area does not have a wall disturbing the other person on the room.
