Quick & easy check in. Receptionist very informative about attractions. Royal Suite was large with large balcony, well equipped, fresh fruit daily, beautiful fresh lilies put in room on 2nd day. Courteous and friendly staff. Complimentary afternoon tea and tasty snacks daily. Situated in Old Quarter, close to attractions and shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.☺

We stayed 2 nights at Serene Boutique Hotel and it was fantastic! The staff is amazing, from Jenny and Kathy at the front desk, Mr. Monday and all of the staff goes above and beyond! The location is great in Hanoi Old Quarter, the rooms extremely clean (with fresh flowers on the bed when you arrive!). Breakfast is fantastic (great views too as the restaurant is on the 8th floor). We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent: right in the most interesting part of the city (Old Quarter), but on a quiet street, far from traffic and noise. The staff of the hotel is amazing. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and eager to help us with all our needs. The receptionists and bellboys provided lots of additional help with things that were not even reserved through this hotel. For example, we had day trip tours reserved online and needed help with contacting the tour operators to set up pick up at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and was served in a roof-top dining room that has great views of the city. The room was smallish, but very comfortable. On the day of our departure our flight was very early, but the hotel staff made all the arrangements to check us out and get us to the airport on time, and even made box breakfasts for us (since the breakfast room was not opening so early). We will definitely go back, and are highly recommending this place.
