The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay. The rooms were clean and my stay was very nice overall. The area to get into the property was a bit run down but it wasn't any serious detriment to my trip.

My second time here! I really enjoyed my time at suncity guest house. The location is amazing, in the heart of gangnam and 1 minute walk from the sinsa station. My only thing, the shelf on top of the bathroom sink was quite loose, I was afraid to put something on it. Also, this is not negative, just something to know. The walls seems pretty thins. The rooms beside me were occupied by Americans that came back very late at night/ in the middle of the night and they were very loud. I could hear everything.

美容整形手術の滞在の為に宿泊しました。 管理をして下さっている女性がとても優しく親切で、出掛ける時に傘が必要な事を教えて下さったり、手術後タオルを酷く汚してしまった時も大丈夫と言ってくれたり本当に助けられました。 部屋も広くはないですが綺麗に整えられており、不自由な事はありませんでした。 付近にはコンビニもあり、アクセスもしやすかったです。 長期滞在の方にもお勧めです。

ゲストハウスですので、過剰な期待をしてはいけませんが、必要なものは大体揃ってます。掃除は週に1回ですが、タオルは毎日交換してくれ、ゴミも回収してくれます。足りないものは近くのダイソーやオリーブヤングで調達可能です。コンビニも近く、道路はさめば新沙の賑やかな街で遊べます。 新沙駅3番出口が近いですが、1番だとエレベーターがあります。 場所柄、美容整形の方が多いので、長期滞在向けです。テレビの使い方が全くわかりませんでしたが、その方たちは昼間もずっと探しているのでテレビは必要でしょうが、私は語学研修で行ったので昼間不在でしたので特に必要なかったです。 Wi-Fiも早くてよかったです。 チェックインだけ、フロントがないので心配ですが、暗証番号などがメールで届くので、通信可能なスマホがあれば大丈夫かな、と思います。 お姉さんは日本語は話せませんが、会うと笑顔で挨拶してくださり、ダウンタイムを過ごしている方にはとても気を遣ってくれてるようです。(感謝のお手紙がたくさん廊下に貼ってありました) また語学研修に来る際は、お世話になりたいです。

3日間の滞在でした。他のゲストハウスと比較して、掃除が共用部・個室部分ともに行き届いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。寝具もタオルも無臭でありがたい。ポットや冷蔵庫、ドライヤー等ひと通り設備も揃っており、各階の共用キッチンにはレンジと浄水器があって便利でした。他の部屋の音も全く気にならなかったです。スタッフの方とは直接会う機会が少なかったですが、LINEで連絡が取れるので困ることはなかったです。新沙駅すぐそこ、空港リムジンバス停留所も交差点渡ってすぐでものすごい便利でした。坂道だけがしんどい立地でしたが、帰国日スーツケースを預かってもらったついででスタッフの方が運んで下さいました。ありがとうございました、江南方面で用事がある時はまた泊まります！

3泊4日で利用しました。オーナーさんも非常に良い方で清潔に掃除されてます。 隣の部屋の声はだだ漏れなので、コレは運かもしれません。わたしは2日目の朝に隣り男性が携帯で話してる声で起きました。 洗濯機ありますが利用時間が11〜17時までと決められており、予定をびっしり詰め込んでると、ちょっと不便な時間帯です。わたしは、一度出かけてから戻って洗濯しました。すでに別の方が使われていたのですが、オーナーさんが終わったらわたしの洗濯物入れて下さり、終わったものも、ついでだからと言って部屋まで持って来て下さりました。 駅からも近いし、コンビニもあるし、非常に便利でした。また利用したいです。

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt von Sinsa-Station. Und nur wenige Stationen mit der Metro von Gangnam-Station. Zudem hält ein Bus, der direkt zum Incheon-Flughafen fährt weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Informationen zu den Möglichkeiten für einen Transfer zum Flughafen sind sehr prominent in der Unterkunft angebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Möglichkeit, mit den zuständigen Personen via WhatsApp oder Kakao-talk zu kommunizieren, ist sehr hilfreich und gibt einem die Möglichkeit, auch wenn man nicht vor Ort ist, Fragen beantwortet zu bekommen und Hilfe zu erhalten. Die Größe und Ausstattung waren sehr gut für meine Ansprüche (ein sicherer Ort für Übernachtung und persönliche Hygiene). Mein Plan war, viel Zeit außerhalb der Unterkunft zu verbringen. Dafür ist sie sehr zu empfehlen.
