An hotel where I felt at home. Welcoming staff always ready to help customers. The restaurant inside the hotel is great as well as breakfast. Would certainly go back.

We'd hoped for a fairly luxurious stay, but had only warm water for the bath on arrival, and despite detailing the problem to the hotel staff little effort was made to rectify the problem, so we still had no hot water on our second and last night. The restaurant menu appeared to provide nothing for vegetarians so we ate elsewhere. The room was small, and most of the floor space was taken up by a table that ran the full width of the bed. Very disappointed.

I was very glad I hadn’t paid over £200 for the room plus £60 for breakfast as the hotel was dirty and in need of refurbishment. We stayed at a Holiday Inn on the trip which only cost £75 which included breakfast and was a far better hotel with friendly staff. It was also immaculate.

Fantastic little hotel! We had a small suite for four people but can imagine that the rooms are just as posh. Strange though that they charged for tea/coffee minibar-style when there was a cattle in the room. Great service and staff but a minus for not being able to fit hotel guests in for dinner in the hotel restaurant and options were few as hotel is located a fair bit outside Namur city centre. We were suggested to go to the bistro at the casino some 300m down the road which was ok, but not what we expected.

There was a smell of toilets that was persistent in the lobby/reception area. I was thankful I hadn’t paid the rack rate for the room - it would have been daylight robbery. As it was I think there is not great value for money at this hotel.

Beautiful, fun & great staff - polite, cool and attentive. 10/10

My second visit and enjoyed my interesting room, the breakfasts, late night glass of Bordeaux at the bar, beautiful position close to river and general ambience of hotel.

Staff unhelpful, hotel dark & dingy, room needed a good clean. Noisy at night. Not suitable for families. Didn't seem like a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star hotel. Air con leaked on floor, we complained, didn't get an apology or offer of any compensation. Basically had to stay away for a few hours for them to sort out. Very disappointed!

Quirky rooms very modern Staff incredibly helpful Interesting? That not only was the pool glass sided to the restaurant/bar . The shower is all glass to the bedroom.. maybe my Britishness shines through there 😂
