Fantastisk hotell med god beliggenhet
Veldig bra hotell med god beliggenhet. Sendte mail og spurte om å få rom med kjøleskap, selv om dette egentlig ikke var en del av hotellrommet jeg hadde bestilt fikset de det slik at vi både fikk kjøleskap og mikrobølgovn. Stort rom med stort bad og tv med både Spotify, netflix og andre apper. Kan virkelig anbefales. Gratis snacks og mineralvann hele døgnet og gratis vin kl 5 hver dag. Vannstasjon med tomme flasker som du selv fylte på slik at du slapp å kjøpe med deg vann hele tiden. Litt bråk i gangene og høyt støynivå på aircondition, samt mye lyd fra gaten, men det ligger jo i Lexington avenue så det var som forventet. Fantastisk utsikt fra terrassen i 27. etasje. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!!

Close to grand central. Lounge area on the roof. Nice room. Cold water on each floor. The only things that I would want different are bedside lamps on both sides of bed and separate covers in bed

Great location and amenities are nice. However, when we checked in we went to our room only to find out that it was not the room we reserved. I called the front desk and was told they oversold and our room was not available. I requested that something be done; money savings, a room upgrade, or the exact room we purchased. I was told we could not obtain the room we purchased because they were oversold and none were available. I was then told because I requested a room upgrade he would look into that and I should wait in the room that we were currently in. After more than 30 minutes I called again and was told he was working on it but there was nothing he could really do and he had been busy at the front desk. I then insisted on getting an upgrade or money back and he told me he would call me in about 10 minutes. Somehow they were able to obtain a room that I purchased. Overall it was very frustrating to have to call multiple times, to be put in a room of lesser grade than was purchased, and to not be told about it up front. We booked in early October. The rest of the stay was nice, but I will consider other nearby hotels in the future. The check-in behavior was unacceptable and I would expect more from a hotel that was averaging almost $400 per night.

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!! THIS ONE IS A POOR CHOICE!
The hotel doesn't have a bellhop, so when we arrived, we had to lug our own luggage. This should've been our first sign of the quality of service. When we entered the EXTREMELY SMALL lobby, there were guests all over the place. There's only once small bench for seating, so we stood patiently waiting on our turn. The "customer service" representatives did not seem experienced and were fervently pushing folks to sign up for the app, as if they got some sort of commission for how many people they convinced. We finally got checked in and went to our room, we were NOT impressed with the lackluster accommodations. The room was tiny and the shower was coffin-sized. In fact, when I took a shower, the flimsy curtains keep sticking to my body and moving around in that space was all but impossible. Because there is only a sliding door, when my husband did his business, the smell permeated the entire hotel room. If that's not enough, when we went to check out, the hotel did not want to honor the rate we received from Hotels.com! It took three reps and almost two hours to finally get them to give us the proper rate, and in the process, they doubled charged our account and didn't even tell us. I only found out after checking my account to see if the refund they promised had posted. After discovering the error, I alerted the rep, only to find out that she already knew and claimed to have refunded it. We are still waiting in those refunds 2 DAYS LATER! My suggestion is to AVOID this place!
