The hospitality was amazing ... the workers were really nice and professional. Food was good, drinks good, overall excellent. Definitely this is my go to spot! Gracias por todo ❤️

Villas are great , sraff are friendly

I loved the relaxing vibe and the views were gorgeous.The staff was very kind and the room was beautiful. Unfortunately we had no hot water the few days we stayed there. At breakfast when we ate there were a bunch of ants crawling all over One section of the food which ruins the appetite. Also the transportation at times would take up to 30 minutes and I realize that’s not the drivers faults and they’re busy but maybe adding a couple more busses in the future might help? Or more golf carts? We ended up switching hotels unfortunately but thank you to the staff who was so kind during our stay!

Nice and quiet tucked away from the city over the hills.

The place is nice, they forget to add us at list for dinner next day and we have to wait until they have available because it is by reservation also please do not lie to customers about a breakfast for 90 minutes with someone that will explain better about packaged for next vacaciones tell the thru you use our time and money than we already pay trying to sell us a contract for according to your agents membership but is not working like that and when you tell them it is time to go they get mad because you're not buying the house even when you put clear at the beginning that you want only informacion besides that they make spent 3 hrs some people 5hrs

We were not able to locate the hotel which was disappointing I’m sure it is a great experience for some.

It was amazing

The resort is beautiful. Our room was gorgeous. The view was amazing. We saw lots of birds. The pools were amazing. The staff was amazing. Lots of staff to mention- Roberto, Gustavo, both of the Jesus’! The shuttle to the beach resort was timely and easy to catch! The things I wish they had- a schedule for sinners so that you can plan your meals. Not all restaurants were open every night. We ate Italian 2x because that’s all they had. I also wish they had a lobby bar- would be nice to have a drink while waiting for a shuttle or a cab. I’d also like to see a gift shop- for some snacks or Tanning supplies, or Tylenol. Overall, I think this resort is beautiful with beautiful pools, friendly staff, and amazing views.

They need to work on the service

I love the jungle property, it is so relaxing. When we stayed the resort was almost empty, so we felt like very special guests. I love waking up to the sound of the birds every morning. The dinners were excellent, and we had top notch service from the staff. Front desk, shuttle drivers, and the regular bartender at the Sky Bar were all excellent. Renee was especially gracious and made sure we were having a good time. Our room was cleaned and restocked every day. We spent our days on the beach where the food is exceptional and the service outstanding. Margarito made sure we were never without food and drink. The beach a La Cruz is the most beautiful in the area. Its not crowded and the water warm and clear- perfect for swimming. The property could use some fixing up and I was dissapointed that the mineral pool was not as warm as years past. However under new ownership it sounds like good things are in the works. This was my third visit and am looking forward to returning next year.
