M Boutique Hotel i Miami Beach

It is a lovely little hotel, but when it comes to service and taking care of the guests it is a disgrace. I made a reservation starting on the 7th of September. On my way there, we had a family situation and I had to turn back. I called the number provided for the hotel at 7:00 pm and it went straight to voice mail and they never called me back. Next day when I arrived, I told the owner that I left a message, he reacted surprised. Now comes the best part. The hotel only have like 4 or 5 parking spaces. I parked my car in the area the owner told me that was okay to do so. When I went out next morning my car was gone, impounded. They don't have any front desk personnel until 10:00 am. I called the owner to see how he could help me to get my car back and of course, his phone was off so I left a message, again . It's been 5 days and still I haven't heard from him. Talk about caring for your guests ah! When the receptionist showed up, made some phone calls and found where my car was. I asked if someone could give me a lift to go and get my car and she said NO.Once again, excellent at taking care of the guests! She told me to get on a bus which resulted was the incorrect one and I ended up walking over a mile. Almost $300 later I got my car back and went back to the hotel to pick my wife up and get as far as possible from that place. On my way out I repeated to the receptionist to have the owner or a manager to call me and guess what? I'm still waiting.

Excellent stay

Surpassed my expectations. Such a comfortable little spot and the service was exceptional. Will definitely return!

We spend two days there. We were upgradated ( a safa was added), but we booked for a king size bed, and we had a queen one. The studio is nice, but my BF noticed that the toilets was dirty... We were expecting for a real parking, but it was just 4 places in front off the hotel however, the staff was very nice. The beaches are nice, and quiet.. if you want to go to south beach, there is a bus line for 2$25 but it stops at 9PM...
