My Suites Piazza di Spagna

The location was good. The room was clean and remodeled but It didn’t say it was Airbnb rather than the hotel. The building was old and the elevator older! And hard to move the baggage’s up.

Nice apartment spacious clean very new. staff was also very nice friendly and helpful. the hotel was located right on the spanish steps good location close to metro. only one issue we had to carry the bags to the rooms had a lot of stairs and also a little difficult to find the hotel

Amazing location amazing place to stay so clean and staff were so friendly. Stayed for my partners birthday staff left a bottle of wine when we were out great surprise would definitely stay again

a nice place with 5 rooms, clean, quiet, pleasant and in a great location - right next to the piazza di spagna. close to the via del corso street, everything is within a walking distance. the breakfast is at a nice place next to the hotel and overall very diverse. the only thing that make it a 4 for us is the extra pay for check in late (after 20:00 is 25 euro and after 22:00 is 50 euro!) we paid for the night so why is the extra? Beside that - the people there are great, help us with some tips and where very kind.

The best thing about this place is its location. Located just steps from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna Metro stop, we were close to the Steps, the Fontana de Trevi and the Via Condotti. But because it was tucked on a side street, you were far enough away from the tourist noise and hassle. It was just our bad luck that we stayed during the time of an ownership transition. We were greeted by the new owners who seemed quite capable and were vowing to make significant changes. So we were caught at the cusp of the old (the toilet seat was broken), and the new (the receptionist helped us with great information about going around the City.) I just wish they had told us beforehand that the "breakfast" was nothing more than coffee, juice and a sweet. In my previous stays in Rome, my hotels had always served a good breakfast (w/ fruit and eggs for example.). On our last day, we were given vouchers for a breakfast in an outside Bar. I think that the new owners would be making some big changes.
