The Click Clack Hotel Bogota

The worse service i have wver seen in a hotel, no phone in the room, the charge me 60usd for cleaning the bed sheets, Never comkng back there

Excellent hotel, friendly staffs and close to many restaurants

Modern Hotel, very chic. Great area. Rooms are clean and very good amenities. No AC on the room and it was a bit hot. Staff was amazing helping with everything.

The Hotel overall is pretty good and the service is great but the regular rooms are tiny for two separate beds, sort of like a fancy yet small cruise ship cabin, we needed to upgrade to a suite to be more comfortable, however I would definitely go back to the hotel, just make sure you pick the right size of room.

Checked into one of the nicer rooms; 9th floor, king sized bed, advertised a nice view. First the good things: Room was clean. My favorite amenity was a traveler's bag provided in the bathroom. Had everything from a razor to q-tips. Shower was huge with one of those overhead ceiling showers that made you feel like you were under a waterfall. The staff was pleasant and their English ranged from passable to excellent. Laura in particular at the reception was helpful and kind. Location was walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. No trouble finding what you need nearby as long as you watch your step. The horrible sidewalks in Bogota will break the ankles of the unwary. The bad things: The rooms have an automated system that when you leave, everything turns off. When you enter the room, you put your key card in a slot to turn everything on. When you leave, it all goes off. That includes the AC. It was so frigging hot in my room I needed an additional portable AC unit. On the second day I got a 2nd key and left it in the auto-slot so I could keep the AC running. Even though the temp outside mild the room was baking. Internet sucked. Wifi was fine in the restaurant and lobby but on Floor 9 it was quite intermittent. There's a club on the top floor. It was quite loud. Probably being right under didn't help. Restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. Received a bill by email. All in Spanish. Have no idea what I'm being charged for.

Room was very good, (but was surprised there was no coffee machine, this is Colombia). Location is good, very cool place and very young. The staff are great all very young, pleasant and full of energy, just don’t ask them to recommend a restaurant as they have no idea. The restaurant is quite good but on a Sunday they do a very popular brunch, so popular you can’t get in without a reservation and I was never told, so I couldn’t enjoy the (apparently) best meal of the week. Overall it’s a cool hotel, in my opinion they could use an experienced concierge (Uber left Colombia last week getting a taxi is a nightmare and the hotel has not sorted anything out yet) overall I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is stupid. If you have a guest like a friend or cousin, you have to pay an extremely high amount for them to come to your room. This hotel never explains these things. Breakfast sucks, its fruit and break only. ONLY book if you are going on a couples retreat with no anticipation of having a social life

Great location, very nice design and details. Super friendly and attentive staff. Something odd: no a/c! I know and have been to Bogota dozens of times, and understand the weather which most of the times doesn’t require it, but that should be the guest’s choice, some of us like it colder. And it was a not so cold night, so it wasn’t very pleasant. It’s a bit noisy, so opening a window wasn’t a possibility.

Perfect neighborhood, great staff, awesome rooftop bar.
