Hôtel Darcet Paris

Clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel in a convenient section of NW Paris. Stayed 5 nights in early Nov. 2019. Clean room, hot water, heat OK, TV worked, comfortable bed, safe in room worked. I was up on top floor and it was quiet with the windows closed. One night I returned to hotel at @11PM and needed to buy a bottle of water. The clerk just smiled and gave me one for free. Couple of supermarkets, several restaurants and cafes within 5 min walking distance. Place du Clichy Metro station a few blocks away and several bus lines stopped at same intersection. Once I left for the day I didn't return till the evening, so no need for a fancy hotel room. Recommended for no-frills solo/couple travelers. Small elevator - room for one (maybe two) persons max. Steep winding stairs up to top floor. But wasn't an issue for me. Had to drop off room key when leaving.

Small place but over all very nice people very clean and would probably go again. Not fancy but very Paris feeling

Our stay at the Hotel Darcet was excellent! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and our rooms were clean and well-serviced. The hotel offers a communal kitchen and dining area and is conveniently located next to a bakery (one of our favs in Paris), across the street from a grocery store and down the street from the Metro and a mix of fun bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Darcet to anyone seeking a short term stay in Paris. We will certainly be back the next time we are in town.

Amazing!!! The team at Hotel Darcet were exceptional. As a first time traveler to Paris along with my friend, who lived in France for a period of time, were both impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. Although its a modest hotel, I urge travelers to stay here. The staff conducts themselves as if they were your extended family. You are in a great location to all sites. I plan on staying here for my future travels to Paris!
