Property was fine great location. I was told by the lady when I checked in that the payment will be taken out of my account by Expedia. Which I agreed to that made sense. On the second day when I was walking outside the lady stopped me and said there has been an issue with the payment not going through, I checked on my online banking and the payment had gone through. I showed this to her and she said she would speak to manager. I didn’t hear anything back, I would assume before alarming a guest with an issue like this she would of checked the system or at least called me on the phone not just bringing it up when I was walking outside.
When I arrived to the room there were dirty dishes in the dish washer, I had a friend staying in the accomodation with me, they didn’t have access to let her upstairs which I felt made no sense. So I had to go down stairs to let her in while the reception staff just stood there.
There we no champagne glasses in the room we called reception staff they said they will send some up to the room.
Funny how they had access to the rooms for this but they couldn’t let my friend upstairs.
Just thought these issues didn’t need to happen I mean if I was staying at a backpackers this would be expected. At least an apologise would of been nice but maybe this is the standard of service they use here. I won’t be coming back so many other places to stay in the area.
