Staybridge Suites London - Vauxhall

Fint hotell med god service. Grei lokasjon med nærhet til undergrunden. Frokost var god, men hadde vært fint med et større utvalg.

To our very disappointment! It was unacceptable on the cleanliness of the rooms, we found stool in the toilet bowl when we checked into the room! We immediately report to the front desk, they though apologised and got someone to clean again, this level of room condition was horrible! Glad that we only stayed 1 night with check in almost 9:00pm in the evening. We "run away" early morning next day without taking their included breakfast!

We had room 510, the seals on one of the windows was missing, right from installation. As our room faced the rail tracks, the noise of the trains was very loud, only because the seals were missing. Sleep was only possible between 1AM and 4AM. Carpets were very dirty. Spot cleaning had been done and this only made it worse. Not only was the tar still there that they had tried to clean up, there was a clean circle around them. No vent in bathroom, towels never dried, we did laundry and the driers never really dried the closes completely. So we hung the few damp clothes in the unit and overnight they would not dry. Cold, could not get the heat to work.The serving staff at breakfast, would it kill them to smile or at least not appear to be slaves. Not a happy lot, cheer up you set the mode for the guests at breakfast.

Superb we loved our place clean and quiet we definitely comeback for our next trip. Breakfast was not bad, ++ every night from 7-8pm they had a complimentary free wine,beer and appetizers. As a guest they want us to feel like our 2nd home and they have a free laundry. Public Transportations are convenient and close to train station. Just short walk to lambeth palace you can see the Big Ben, London eye, and parliament.The staffs was so nice and very helpful. The thing we don’t like is the old carpet, they need to replace and change it to vinyl like kitchen floor to make more nicer and clean. Thank u for a good memories we had. I will recommend to my friends,relatives and coworkers.We had a great time in Staybridge suites-Vauxhall. Thank you very much :)

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. I would recommend it.
