Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springville-South Provo Area

Nice rooms, clean building, front desk was very helpful.

Hotel location was just off the freeway. The Hilton Express was very nice looking, inviting lobby. Clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The building looked very new, spacious and very clean. Drawback we found was that the building did not appear to be well insulated as you could hear others talking, water noises and people walking just above us. This Hilton Express provided a very substantial hot Grab-N-Go Breakfast, which included many nice options!

When we checked in the girl didnt even tell us how to get to our room and our keys didnt work. The manager was kind and came with us to make sure we didnt have any problems with our room key the second time. The next day our room wasn't even made up when i complained the guy at the desk said if you stayed multiple days they did not do your room. I stated that i had other family members staying at the hotel and all three rooms were made up.he stated he would notify housekeeping but sounded like he was just pacifing me. The room when we did arrive was clean and comfortable to be fair with this property and manager seemed to care

After an exhausting day we were able to relax and get a good night's sleep. It was quiet and comfortable. In this day of covid it was a little confusing that they took efforts to have plexy glass up, separate containers for clean/dirty pens, and no breakfast-which we were not aware of, but they had no signs for encouraging masks??

Hotel is clean. My husband walks with difficulty and two canes, so I talked to the hotel and requested a first floor room not far from the door. Stopped in mid afternoon and was given a room, but not the key since it was still being cleaned. We didn't have time to wait, but were assured we merely needed to pick up the key that evening. Instead, they had given someone else that room and put us upstairs, necessitating standing to wait for the elevator, at almost the end of the hall. Frustrated and tired we went to bed, turned on the TV only to find it had "no service". We've stayed here before and been happy, but this is the last. We can't stay in hotels where disability is ignored.

Jeff at the front desk was the sweetest guy, he went above and beyond.

The 1 might stay was very accommodating.

Nice clean place, would stay there again, close to I-15

Room was large, clean good beds. The only thing I didn’t like was that the staff at the desk weren’t wearing masks even when he came to our room to adjust or tv.
