Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suites

Property was good, the service and facilities was terrible, we had a serviced apartment which didn't come with cutleries and microiwave, fridge was poorly cleaned. We had to make a couple of requests to ensure our requirements were met. Cleaners came in, but poor cleaning job was carried out. Breakfast options were limited with handful of staff. A lot of improvement is required in this property and facilities.

The room is too hot

Location was good, near to all ipoh's tourist hot spot. They have 7-11 at lobby and highly rated arab restaurant across the street. Room was nice and spacious and good house keeping service. Furniture a bit old but all still in good condition. Pool was very small which was no fun at all. Breakfast food was lovely. Wide range of choices and lovely place to have breakfast at the balcony outside. Great way to start your day.

Hotel is very grubby Cannot believe how lazy some staff were Doors carpets lifts walls all grimey and dirty Watched one worker clean both glass doors to restaurant and then leave glass panels either side of doors filthy No pride in work or initiative 2 people on desk at pool counter and my husband andI were given 1 towel to share as that was all they had We were the only ones inthe pool Amazing. In our room we had no water the safe did not work Changed rooms and that roomhad a toilet leaking and broken toilet seat Pool and Japanese Reataurant were nice You get what you pay for here

The hotel is slightly in need of renovation, but, all in all, is excellent value for money. Our room was enormous, with a very spacious bathroom. The king-size bed was spacious and the large quantity of toiletries much appreciated The lighting system was a bit confusing - simple switches work better, and the room a bit dim, but this was not a big issue. The staff were helpful and efficient. The choice of restaurants was a bit limited, and our dinner food disappointing, but the breakfast buffet is generous.

I chose to stay here because of the location. There is a river and a park opposite this hotel where I love to go for morning walk. The breakfast has improved a lot in terms of varieties and taste. However, housekeeping and maintenance team must work hand in hand to ensure that all the things in the room are in good condition.

I LOVE THR BREAKFAST... THE ONE THING I DONT LIKE IS I HAVE TO CALL TWICE IN ORDER TO GET ROOM SERVICE

Bathtub stopper was missing. It took more than half hour to be delivered．Room was not cleaned well.
