Hotel Ambiente Berlin City

Good service from staff in reception. The room is big with veranda very nice but we did not like the cleaning. Carpet looked dirty and the bathroom had a distinct smell from lack of proper cleaning. Drainage was slow making water flood while showering so unhygenic. The ref did not cool as it should. Breakfast was simple, no warm food. 15 mins walk to U bahn. Priced too high for the hotel room.

Excellent Hotel very well located

A group of us stayed at the Ambiente Hotel as we have done before. It is well located and is reasonably priced. Only managed breakfast one morning but if cheese and cold meat isnt your thing you arent missing anything. Tea/coffee making facility is all thats missing and thicker walls would have been nice.

Trip was amazing, the location is accessible to the city. The room was clean and People were accommodating. Except for one person who was on duty this morning June 22, we had our breakfast at around 640 AM because we are checking out at 7 to catch our flight. The guy informed me that breakfast should be at 7 AM and he was kinda rude, the way he said it and the tone of his voice is super unfriendly. He could have been polite since he knows we are tourists and he should be thankful enough that there are people staying at their place so he can keep his job. The management must look into this so that people will come back for repeat visit and even recommend the hotel. But if not, it people will be disappointed on their service and wont recommend the hotel.

Great, great value. Good customer service. Lovely breakfast. Very nice young lady on reception. Clean. Central location at a really affordable price. Would highly recommend.
