Great hotel with all oceanfront rooms and hot tub at the balcony and provide bath salt. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is very nice and friendly, everyone is trying to make your stay good.
Beach was nice, but a bit rocky when entering water, mostly ok.
Free and for fee rental of snorkeling equipment at the hotel. All day yoga and meditation classes. It is possible to walk along the beach about half a mile one side and little bit over half a mile to another.
People are occupying the sun beds from early morning, but most of the times people are not there, but only their towel.
I’d say overall hotel is very good, but the food is ok, not the best for example in comparison to RIU. Smaller selection of food, often empty trays. Several times they had 1 tray of mango at lunch, by the time I went for dessert it was gone and substituted with several trays of papaya. For breakfast they have incredible omelette station, and couple of scrambled eggs, fried eggs needs to be waited for to prepare and no boiled eggs. However beautiful ocean views at the restaurant and good service.
Our room was beautiful, but very noisy because of the live music from about 8:30 till late night.
Good hotel for snorkeling, we so many beautiful fish, stingrays and even one turtle swimming at the beach area during afternoon. Great location for those who want to visit many different cenotes, TULUM and to snorkel. Free paddle board classes every hour in first part of the day.
