Hotel Rio Lancaster

Great view from balcony, staff and very spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Hotel a bit tired & could do with renovation though.

The location is fantastic, the view from the balcony is amazing no matter what the weather, the staff are terrific and price reasonable too. There's a 'but' though. The place really could do with a bit of redecoration.

Staff was very helpful. Alec was especially helpful. Older building, everything worked well except hot water. Staff helped us get tours, find restaurants, get taxis, exchange money, just always helpful. Rooms available that look out onto beach/ocean.

Huge room, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed are stay here. Centrally located right in front of Copacabana Had a beautiful view from the room Shower needs curtains and comsmetic touch

The balcony and view are amazing. My room was much bigger than expected, it actually was more like two rooms. It is a little bit old and run down but I'm sure if it was renovated it would be much more expensive. Great value, excellent breakfast and service.
