Mr Berni, your staff did not give back our Php 2000 deposit. They said, we did not paid for it since we don’t have any receipt. But they wont let us stay and check-in without a cash deposit. They only gave us the policy and let us sign it. We thought that was it. We are used to Credit card deductions and return for deposits so it was all new to us. It was never deducted from our incidentals of over Php 7,500 and souvenirs from the shope of over Php2,000. The deposit is such a small money considering our reservation of 2 Kubo & 3 Mansion rooms worth more than Php60,000. But it is the integrity and principle that we are advocating for. It made me feel bad about the overall stay. Initially, I was disappointed with some lacking toiletries and basic amenities and maintenance but thought the service made up for it. I guess, I was mistaken and that small issue of no receipt, no deposit refund really stings. Very disappointed to what would have been a pleasant stay. Keep the money, thanks.
