Fairholme Manor

Wonderful hospitality and stunning view and comfort. It was my second stay there in a new room.

Lovely garden and sea views! Perfectly clean, calm and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast with fresh and nice foods. I was sad that I only stayed for a night. They offered very warm and professional customer service. I spent a memorable night in the place. I would stay here again.

The hostess Sylvia's fresh gourmet breakfasts that included fresh local produce, including some from her own garden, fresh homemade baking and gourmet creations with eggs were all such delicious ways to start our day. Ross, Sylvia's husband, was a most charming host and server. Mona also provided excellent service with always a friendly smile, seen in her eyes since she had to wear the mandatory face mask.

We tend to over use the word amazing, but the Manor is truly amazing. we got great help from Sylvia for the diner recommendation and the custom breakfast was amazing as well. the room and the style of the house is really amazing as well. Would go again 100%

The Fairholme Manor is the best B&B at which we've ever stayed (and we've been to quite a few). We booked the Olympic Grand Suite, with gorgeous water and mountain views. Everything was tastefully decorated, and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious, with homemade granola, scones, and bread, and usually an egg dish. Ross and Sylvia gave recommendations of things to see, e.g., the Lieutenant Governor's mansion and Craigdarroch Castle nearby, and places to eat. They were happy to help with dinner reservations. Downtown was within walking distance, although parking is free after 6:00 p.m. Just be aware that your cell phone may not work on the island, except through WiFi at the B&B, so it's good to map things out in advance (we got lost on the way there, and Sylvia graciously waited for us). I really can't say enough good things about Fairholme Manor. Sylvia and Ross were charming and welcoming, and we'd love to stay there again.

Sylvia and Ross are simply the very best hosts! They make you feel so at home and comfortable. It's as if you are staying among friends and family. Truly a wonderful experience and we certainly plan on going back.
