Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown

I would be nice to have more than 2 towels and wash clothes in the room. we always have to order more as we like to shower.

Excellent location to target center. Great social hour awesome breakfast with made to order omelette s. Spacious room, quiet all in all excellent. Would recommend for any events downtown area

If you are heading downtown for an event this is a wonderful option, skyway connected and close to everything. Parked at the Mall of America and took the light rail in, the hotel is a block away from the station and you can see it from the stop. We went to a concert at the Target Center and walked right from the hotel to the venue without having to bring our coats...but on the way back the Skyway was closed and it was sleeting. Our fault for not checking how late it was open...but also kind of a bummer the city couldn’t keep it open past 10pm. Room was wonderful, though I don’t care for the sliding barn doors that separate the rooms/bathrooms. They leave a gap between the wall and the door so you can see in! Only matters if you are sharing a room with someone other than a spouse/partner. Also, the heat was hard to manage. We had it set on 76 and it was warmer in the hallways. The best thing by far is the breakfast, a great selection and nice views. I’d advise to get there around 9 before it gets too crowded and sit by the windows :) Staff was friendly and accommodating. We live in the suburbs and work downtown but would absolutely stay here again if we wanted the option to stay overnight downtown after a concert.

Excellent hotel with great breakfast buffet. You can reach all downtown attraction via the Skywalk when it rains.

This hotel was just what we wanted it to be..great!!
