Perfect to Visit Old Istanbul
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Beautiful view of the Ayia Sofia Mosque off our balcony. Would stay here again.

Worst service you can get
I reserved my room and paid online (Superior Double Room), and during my check in they informed me that they have only one room in the basement and no other available room at the time, even they confirmed that they have recived my email requesting them to have the room i booked ready as i will check in around 23:00 pm but they did not, after long discussion and hotels.com got involved they promised to have my room ready next day morning, once i checked into my room the water starts fowling from the roof from the lights holes, i got in touch with reception and they tried to stop the water but with no luck, thien they informed that that they can not do anything until next morning and i have to stay in the same room . i told them how to any one sleep in a room full with water and electricity shock my happens at any time and have the room in fire, but their answer (we can not do any thing and we can not send you to any other hotel nearby even if its our fault and if you want you can spend the night at the reception sofa, thin i contacted it and they forced the hotel to cancel my booking and i received full refund.

Bathroom troubles.
Not good. Price is for location only, not the room. Room and breakfast look nothing like the picture. Stayed for 2 nights with my brother. Hotel amenities include miniature shampoo and shower gel and literally paper-thin slippers. Breakfast is basic and has tea/coffee and boxed juices, bread, preserves, cheeses and cold meat cuts with a few other limited options. Bathroom light did not work, was not fixed after requested maintenance. Was brought a portable light for the night. Bathroom door jams in closed position and handle broke off and cut me when I tried to open it. I would have been stuck in there if my brother was not in the room. Bathroom has black mold on ceiling and edges of shower. Would not recommend.
