Very interesting little motel in the town of Dunedin. It is being newly mananged (as of 3/25/2016) and the pool is also currently being fixed. I must say the rooms do smell quite like ciggerette smoke. It is approximitly 6 miles from Clearwater beach and also honeymoon island state park, which I biked to both using the fred marquis pinallas trail which is a very nice trail. Motel is close to laundry mat, discount grocery store, liquer store, greek restaurant and kfc.
