The hotel was beautiful and quaint. The staff was generous and helpful in finding local activities and dining places during our stay. I would definitely recommend booking your stay in the Niagara Falls area at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa. We also paid for a spa treatment that did not disappoint at all. Stayed for two nights, first night was not going to arrive at the property until 1am, called before hand and were very understanding and kind about the 24 hour check in. The rooms were very spacious, stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Beautiful view. The nearby town of Lewiston is a beautiful little town with coffee shops and bakeries to explore. A great location and a great hotel.
