Carillon Miami Wellness Resort

What a fantastic experience. We made the reservation as an impromptu anniversary staycation but it was so easy and everyone there so helpful, it was as if we had planned this months in advance. The guest services took the time to answer any questions we had, and the spa staff was so inviting. We had a couples facial and massage which was one of the best treatments I've had in a long time. As for the hotel itself, wow, what beautiful views, amazing pools, excellent restaurant and bar. The beach is private and has chairs with umbrellas at the guests disposal. My boyfriend and I had a great time, we can't wait to go back. Thanks Carillon!

Apartment was nice, food on the property wasn't in 5 star level and expensive. On top of it, I was charged 2 weeks "by accident" by the hotel an EXTRA 725.59$. I normally don't check my credit cards, luckily I did this time. They said it was a mistake. I find it hard to believe.

Service was excellent!!

Overall, the hotel room and grounds were nice; however, the service was a miss, during this trip. The good: beautiful and spacious room. Great exercise facilities and spa. I didn’t use them, but I think that the multiple classes offered were likely quite good. Staff were pleasant. Nice ocean view from balcony. The bad: I waited 4 hours to check-in after arrival. I arrived early, but my room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm (45 min after official check-in time). The food at the hotel restaurant was nothing to write home about, other than the high price. None of the 4 pool areas had very good shaded spots and the flooring in the pool area was quite rough/sharp tiling (not conducive for walking barefoot). The hot tub in the men’s spa was out of order the entire time - another patron had mentioned it broke 5 days prior.

Very accomodating. We arrived early around 10 am because we had an early flight and they gave us a room right away along with a welcome drink. Super clean, great service, and all the employees are so polite and helpful. Located right across the street from supermarket, restaurants, stores, and more. I couldnt have stayed at a better hotel!
