We booked to stay at the property for 9 days and checked out after three. When we arrived, we realised that the rooms we had booked had no windows - so we upgraded to the "premium rooms". I've summarised our experience below:
1. The A/C didn't work.
2. The shower didn't drain properly in one of the rooms. The shower tray filled up with water and black 'bits' emerged from the plughole. We asked three times for the issue to be fixed, but to no avail.
3. The windows on the stairwell up to the top floor are incredibly dangerous. They open in a way that would make it possible for an adult to fall out, two storeys up.
After several requests to the hotel staff to fix the shower and A/C did not result in the issues being resolved, we left the hotel. We asked for a refund for the days we would not be staying at the hotel. We were told by the hotel staff that we would get a refund in due course via Expedia, but it turned out to be a lie. We sent pictures of the issues to expedia, but they did nothing.
This hotel is awful - avoid like the plague.
