When we got there, the Hotel.com credit card was being declined by the hotel’s system. The desk attendant Kiya, was very kind and understanding.
I had to call hotels.com for support which was a NIGHTMARE. Kiya, was also on the phone with support. The same person kept having to click back on and forth between us with NO RESOLUTION. I ended up having to book the room directly at the hotel, because hotels.com was COMPLETELY UNABLE to fix the situation. We were in town for a wedding and it took over 30 minutes to get this resolved. The person on the phone kept talking to me as though, my card was declining when it was computer/company error. Just a headache and a half.
