Villa Ban Phan Luang

This is a great place, clean friendly, hot showers and great price with great breakfast free. This is in a local and quiet Laos neighborhood.

The room was very clean and well maintained, the staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was very good. The air con didn’t seem to work so only had fans keeping me cool, so I was a little hot but otherwise it was excellent . It was only a few minutes walk from the main attractions (note I visited in he dry season when the bamboo bridge was open)

Very pleasant experience with friendly staff and good standards

Stayed here for 4 nights. Loved everyday. Room is classic French Villa with lots of highly polished hard, rich wood. Room was a good size, with a nice balcony. The young man who was always at the front desk helped us a lot with a map and explanation of the main highlights of the area. His recommendations saved us time and money. They arranged our transport for tours and our next stop. And they served a very nice, very filling breakfast every morning on our balcony. We had an omelet, bread, a fruit plate and a fruit shake, and coffee and tea. The location is on the other side of the river, but we used the free bikes they offered to the main area in about 5 minutes.

This place is very good. They fed us really well and helped us often with finding things in town. The breakfast is amazing and they brought it right to our balcony. I highly recommend. They also have free bike service
