Really don’t want to write this review, but after reaching out to Richard the GM and getting silence in return, here goes. Checked in close to midnight on 10/17 after 10 hrs of travel. Guy at front desk was very kind and checked us in. In our room things were ok until we went into the bathroom and saw yellow liquid all over the top of the closed toilet lid and the floor. We were pretty shocked, as it looked like someone peed all over the floor and the toilet. We thought there’s no way there’s this much bodily fluid in what should be a clean hotel room ready for guests. We looked at the ceiling to see if there was a leak and the ceiling was spotless. We called the man who had just checked us in and he came up immediately. He took photos and called Rey, (maybe an assistant manager?) she instructed him to move us to the only other room available. We moved into the new room (a room with 1 king, and we booked a room w 2 queens) so we asked for a rollaway. Initially we were told no, but once in the new room it was clear a rollaway would fit without issue, so we called and asked for a rollaway a second time. Next morning we check out and speak to Rey in person. We tell her we are the people who had the pee room and we would like to talk to someone about what happened. She didn’t apologize or seem surprised by what happened. She said Richard would be in touch to sort things out. We called on 10/21 and Richard was not available. It’s now 10/22 and still nothing. Do not recommend
