The service at the front desk was impeccable. The room was absolutely clean and fantastic. We left our bags in storage and when we got back we stayed for another night and our room was upgraded. 5 stars to this hotel.

The FER Hotel has a fantastic location within walking distance of all the Sultanahmet tourist spots. The staff is wonderful and very efficient.
It all works from reception to breakfast to cleaning.
The building is modern and so quite.

This place is a 10 out of 10, from the moment you arrive you are treated with charm and attentiveness, do go for the breakfast , it’s delicious, varied and quality food. The place is impecable, the beddings are great, the staff is fantastic and welcoming. Location is perfect for first time visitors wanting to see main attractions. You can’t go wrong booking here , highly recommend and will be returning in April .

Quiet hotel in a good location, but not the super rating. An issue (not only with the hotel) is getting dinner recommendations. It was obvious the staff was instructed to send guests to a specific local restaurant. A problem in Istanbul is the ratings are useless (or worse). Many are outright fakes.
