Clean rooms and good location. Very friendly staff and happy to share local information

It's about 1.5 blocks from the mosque which wakes you at 0440. It is under construction which means no day time napping after your early morning wake up. I opened the door to the balcony to get the clothes drying rack to dry my swimsuit and was never able to lock the door again. The staff didn't lock the balcony door after making the bed. The staff also left dirty sheets in the room after making the bed.

The hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to the main street of Labuan Bajo and was only a 5 minute walk for boat tours into the park. The rooms were fairly comfortable but had a strong mildew smell and some rooms had mold on the ceiling. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location if you need to book your tours, it’s a clean place within walking distance to all the tour operators. The town itself is nothing great (although the sunsets are incredible) so if you already have your plans you might want to stay somewhere a little outside town.

Clean place, nice views from the breakfast area. Breakfast is uninspiring scrambled eggs. Close to the main road. Water pressure is a little light and wifi a little challenging in areas but overall a good place to stay.

Overall experience is not great, definitely have areas for improvement. First of all, contacting the lodge was difficult as person picking phone spoke limited english. Finally got through to someone in charge to confirm if complimentary airport pick up is available and the person confirmed through phone and Whatsapp that it is. However, when we arrive, the front desk asked for a charge for pick up. Showed him the Whatsapp message for confirmation of free airport pick up, then he finally agreed. Room was decent but have some hairball in the bathroom sink (not cleaned out). Shower water pressure was minimal with 2 small bars of soap provided. Breakfast also minimal with items running out and not replenished (only bread, fruit and choice of eggs provided).

Good value for money. Hotel is clearly a little old and the tap was a bit loose / broken, but it worked. The hotel is convenient if you are staying in Labuan Bajo just for a short time and then heading out to islands or back to another main hub in Indonesia. The hotel provides some soap / shampoo out of dispensers and small bar soaps, as well as towels. The bedding is a bit old and worn, with some holes. Good air con system and they usually include a breakfast. I didn’t have much time, but the breakfast included one juice (orange squash) and some other tea / coffee and food. You have to walk to the top 4th floor for the breakfast. Rooms are generally accessed from the outside / open. Walls were a little thin so I could hear my neighbours kids playing / crying. Because of how small the island is, the hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport. Unfortunately this short distance will cost you around 60000 IDR if you book via the hotel, but likely you will not find anything cheaper as standard prices are 50,000 or 60,000. If you have time and not much luggage you can probably walk to the airport - but sweat a lot! Restaurants and currency exchange houses down the main road - few minutes of walking.

2020/1に5泊しました。 空港までのピックアップ（6万ルピア）をお願いしており、ちゃんと出口で待っててもらえました。 夕方の便だったので道中夕焼けが綺麗に見えるところがあり、写真撮る？とわざわざ止まってくれて、おじさんの優しさを感じました。 最近建てられた棟なのか（スーペリアツインルームを予約）、広い綺麗な部屋でした。 セーフティボックス、冷蔵庫、シャワーのお湯も問題ありません。 電源は鍵差し込み式ですが、エアコンは別電源みたいで付けっぱなしで外出できます。 滞在中は蚊や小さい虫は何回か見かけましたが、ゴキブリや蜘蛛などはいませんでした。田舎にすれば許容範囲です（笑） 朝食込みで棟の屋上のレストランで食べられますが、可もなく不可もなくと言った感じです。 この宿は何よりスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で優しくて温かかったです。 チェックイン後は重い荷物を部屋まで運んでくれて、部屋の説明も丁寧。ルームクリーニングも丁寧。 夫がシュノーケリングツアーで大量のクラゲに刺され、翌朝レストランで刺し跡だらけの腕を嘆いているとスタッフのおじさんがクラゲに刺されたのか！と心配してくれて、キッチンからライムを持ってきて、これ塗ると良いんだ！と果汁を塗ってくれました…（クラゲに刺されると直後にビネガーなど酸を塗ると良いらしい。直後ではなかったけど優しさに感謝。） 帰りのフライトが夕方で、宿を15時に出てほしいとドロップオフを予約すると、じゃ13時まで部屋にいていいよと無料でチェックアウト延長してもらいました。 フローレス島は宿がたくさんあるけど、アヤナなどの高価格帯はな〜と思う人には自信を持ってオススメできます。周辺施設は至近距離ではないですが、5〜10分歩けばスタバやスーパー、レストランなので、不便…とまではいかないと思います。 余談ですが、外から帰ってきてドロップオフ予約しとこうか〜とそのまま受付に行きフライト何時だったっけ…と正面の椅子でごそごそしていたら、おばちゃんスタッフ（私達は陰でママと呼んでいた）に、あなたたちチェックインするの？！と若干不審者扱いされたんですが、私達すでに泊まってる客なんだけど（苦笑）と言うと、あっ…！！って感じでにこにこしてました（笑）ママ可愛いけど、私達今まで何回も挨拶してたんやけどなぁ（笑）おちゃめなママでした！

Alles war Ok. Nur das laute Gebet von der Moschee vor 5.00 Uhr morgens hat mich aufgeweckt, konnte aber wieder einschlafen. Am besten hat mir der schöne Ausblick aufs Meer vom Restaurant und beim Frühstück gefallen. Auch sollte das Wlan besser werden und vielleicht auch noch ein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer sein, aber für den kurzen Aufenthalt war es auch ohne Fernseher akzeptabel
