Hampton by Hilton Bucaramanga

Really loved our room overlooking a park. Great hotels and shopping nearby. City is safe and very walkable. Any concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Breakfast selection as well as freshness could be improved. Enjoyed the almonds, peanuts and 2 dried fruits the first day, but for some reason we last few days offered only peanuts.

Everything was great and nothing to complain about. From check in to check out, everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel everything looked clean and new but did not have the minimal amenities you would expect from that type of hotel and whatever they did not provide they would sell it like conditioner tissue box or any other thing they did not provide it is the only hotel with this has happened to me all those amenities are always In the room

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's in the US and around the world and this one is by far the best (I even told the manager that I was highly impressed). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was extremely clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent every morning. The views from the lobby/breakfast area on the 13th floor were spectacular and the hotel is in the heart of the city right next to a small park (El Parque San Pio) with a Fernando Botero statue named "La Gorda". The area is very safe and there are numerous restaurants and shops all in walking distance. When I return to Bucaramanga, this will be where I stay again! My photos are taken from the 14th floor rooftop terrace.

Things that I liked: When i checked in the young man was very polite and efficient. Great price for such a nice, centrally located room. The gym is super with several machines that I use on a regular basis at home. I also had it all to myself when i went to use the machines. Breakfast was good. Things that I didn't like: The AM desk clerk (a young female) said they had no maps, made no effort to help me with that. Also, could not tell me where a major landmark was located; goggled it but still didn't know. She could not tell me anything about where the main street/ avenue was either. Did not seem to care one way or another. Fortunately, my Spanish is fluent so I made my own way without any help from her. There was no guide for the TV in my room; asked for one but never got it. Even with the bad things, I would stay here again. It is, overall, a great hotel for the price.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in the best area of Bucaramanga. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Me gusto muchísimo el lugar,la ubicación,el staff . No me gusto que estuve seis días y solo estiraban las sábanas de la cama( nunca cambiaron las sábanas). Le falta una nevera a las habitaciones. Del resto todo es hermoso y el desayuno buffet es increíble.
