    Fantastic deal and great location

    Great price, great location, great staff! Kept our bags for free while we visited the islands and WiFi worked well. No complaints :) Plus if you get cold you can cheaply rent a heater from them.

    Decent place to stay if passing through Puno. The room was perfect for two people, with lots of space and a private bathroom. They let us check in early which was nice. The windows did not completely close, so was quite cold, but lots of blankets and the option to rent a heater if you want.

    Good location, good service, friendly personnel

    We liked this place. The rooms were clean, the personnel are very nice and friendly. Location is good, just feet away from Plaza Pino and Main square. They also helped us with booking tours and transportation. Very convenient

    pire hôtel de Puno...

    Expérience désastreuse au sein de cet hôtel : le Directeur est désagréable et malhonnête. Il nous a assuré que la chambre disposait de l'eau chaude alors que ce n'était pas le cas et a refusé d'entendre quoi que ce soit lorsqu'on lui en fait part et nous a juste dit qu'on pouvait "aller voir ailleurs si nous n'étions pas content". De plus la chambre était sale et nous avons vu des cafards dans les espaces communs. Bref fuyez cet endroit surtout qu'il est possible de trouver largement mieux pour le même prix sur Puno...

    Centrico

    El hotel es muy sencillo. Un poco oscuro, excelente la atención de las dos personas que me atendieron. Pero no tenia shsmpoo, el agua estaba fria para la ducha y la internet era lenta. Es un lugar para ir sin muchas expectativas. Resalto la atencion del personal y la ubicacion.
