Very friendly hosts, great location, and stellar service. We walked from the hotel down to the main ocean strip and it was lovely! Couldn't be happier! We'll be returning again for another night later on during our trip. Thanks for the great stay!

The manager is very professional. A lot of common space

The host, Ismale, was very helpful, with check in and introduction of the place. He lend us one of his public transport cards for us to use, and even washed our own sheet that we brought with us when a bug was found and killed on it. The Casa is located in a quiet and nice area, close to the seashore and to Kennedy Park, nice walking distance.

This property was a little tricky to find as it looks like a normal house from the outside (no sign or anything) but it's in a great area on a quiet residential street very close to the grocery store and other shops. The front gate and door keep the place secure. Our room was spacious and nice and the showers worked perfectly.

Carlos was very helpful. My bank blocked my credit card and he let me use his laptop to get home. It is also a very clean and comfortable place.

The hotel staff is really nice and very helpful with directions, and maps, and an excellent breakfast that they prep for you when you are ready. They have netflix in each room and the common room so you can watch your favorite shows at any time. They give you several keys, which can be tricky at first, but you figure it out in order to get in/out of the hotel for safety. The neighborhood is nice and easily accessible. There is safety patrol in the area at night. We stayed in the first room, and it was spacious, had hot water for the shower, and was very clean. At night you can hear the traffic passing by (not sure about in other rooms). The one thing to know is that this hotel does NOT take credit cards. So if you book through hotels.com, either pay ahead through Hotels.com or have the money readily available. We didn't know this ahead of time. But they were VERY nice and said, at some point today, go to the bank, and we can worry about it then. Very hospitable, and both English and Spanish are spoke fluently for easy communication. I definitely recommend.
