I selected this place because of the low price, good reviews and the fact it said it had been recently renovated. Although it is an extended stay hotel, I was only there three nights. The staff that I interacted with were helpful and courteous. Any recent renovations have not worn well IMO. In my room, the laminate plank flooring was coming up in a number of places. The table in the room was detaching from the wall. When I opened the fridge, there was a distinct mold smell so I closed it and did not try to use it. The cable television had very poor reception on all channels making it not worth try to watch. Although it is an extended stay hotel, there were no dishes, pots, or utensils in the empty cabinets, so you'll need to provide that stuff if you're planning on staying longer and preparing any meals. On a minor note, the only toiletries provided were small bar soaps, so bring your own shampoo, etc. For my purposes, it was fine as I basically just needed a place to sleep for a few nights. One last note, I saw roaches in my room two of the three days.

I've never been to a hotel/motel that did not have an iron or at least hanger. They had roaches. I had to go by roach spray before I could even go to sleep. I didn't want to bring anything home with me.

We were awakened a few times due to loud noise in the hall was . At around 2am and 3 am

The hotel smelled of smoke even though the rooms were all non-smoking. The doors slammed and people were screaming all throughout the night.
