Sylva Suites

Thanks Rosy for allowing me a late check-in as I got stuck in rush hour traffic in Monaco. I did hope that WiFi login & password info were written somewhere in the room, but that was the only minor nibble. Love the large, clean rooms and great bathroom.

Lovely guest house in the heart of Sanremo. It is clean and modern, with good sized rooms, and an amazing shower. The breakfast was nice with good choice, and you could enjoy it out on the roof top terrace. Location wise it couldn't be better as it is in the middle of everything, so plenty of shops and restaurants closeby. I will definitely return to Sylva Suites next time I am in Sanremo.

Perfect location; an easy walk to many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Sanremo! Added bonus of an elevator in an old building.

Great location. Looks like it has been recently renovated so it is modern and clean. Great sized rooms for family (2 x adults and 2 x children). Breakfast pretty basic but given all the good restaurants around the hotel, no issue if you want to stock up on more food. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Stayed for 3 days before travelling to France. Loved San Remo and the accommodation was better than expected. We stayed in a suite which was large with enough space for everyone. The room was well designed and whilst on the Main Street you could not hear any noise when the windows were closed. The bed was large and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower with rain shower with plenty of toiletries. A fridge in the room was handy and the air conditioning worked well. The rooms are newly decorated and spotlessy clean. It was nice to have breakfast on the roof terrace and whilst basic eggs were cooked to order. The position of this small hotel was ideal for our stay and easily walkable to train station, beach and surrounded by restaurants and beautiful shops. I would definitely recommend for a short break.

Awesome place to stay at. The A/C system felt a bit weak, but overall we had a great experience.

Could not be a better location, right on the pedestrian street. You can sit and watch the world walk by at one of the outdoor cafe/bars—it’s very entertaining!! Website says front desk open from 10-7, but there was only one person there in the morning—the same lady that took care of breakfast. If you need front desk advice or service, this would not be a good choice. And you need to be sure to let them know your arrival time so someone is on site. The facility is new & modern & very nice. Our only complaint was the bed—mattress was not comfortable to us, too firm. But the room was lovely. There are 6 rooms on the 3rd floor of a bldg that also has offices (attorney, notary, etc.), so you get keys to the bldg, the hotel’s door & your room. From this location, you can walk everywhere—the beaches, port area, La Pigna (ancient part of city), market, and train station is about 10-15 min. walk & very easy. Rooms have AC & are well appointed.

Lovely stay at the Sylva suites, a little bit tricky to find but once in very warm welcome and lovely room, unfortunately the view was not very nice
