Overall this was a great stay! Beautiful hotel. The location was okay but not rly central to most attractions. Convenience store is near by for snacks and drinks. Restaurants aren’t too far away. Safe location. Nice quiet hotel. Luxury for sure!

The quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Lovely room with great bed and wonderful bedding. Nice finishings in bathroom. Very nice breakfast with lots of variety and good coffee. A bit off the beaten track but close to metro station and lots of shopping. I would stay there again.

Romantic and near subway
Hotel has a nice restaurant and romantic setting. The room was big enough for two people. They are doing construction so it looks a little scary when you first arrive and have to walk through. Overall I will definitely stay next time I'm in town.

Loved how friendly the staff was, they really made me feel welcomed. The rooms were large and spacious and meticulously clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. I was there in August and the air conditioning worked great. We ordered room service and it came quickly and was delicious.

I stayed there for 7 days, enjoyed these days. Location is good, 2 mins close to subway #13 line, connecting to the most places. Good and fresh breakfast Buffet. Staff in the front desk are professional, I’d like thank Julie gave a good suggestion for tour the city. Room is relative small but very clean and equipped with all stuff you need. There is a small grocery store and several French restaurants nearby. I strongly recommend when you are looking for hotel. July, 2022

This hotel is nice, seems more suited single business travelers. We stayed as a couple. Despite not going for the most standard room and paying more our room was tiny!
We stayed in December and the room was a hot box. We set the air to 18C and it would turn off and move back to 22C.

The hotel is pretty new, but some of the rooms look dated...(carpet, dark light, heavy gold and brown...) Some spots on the walls and carpet...however:The bed and linen is good, and towels are spotless. And, people working there are great, professional, quick problem solvers, friendly, human, they do everything to make you feel home. I want to mention Benoit at the reception, Kassim and Maeva at the restaurant/bar. everybody was really nice, so at the end, its definitively people who make you want to come back!

An Absolute Gem of a hotel - Its Amazing!
I dont know how to start to recommend this hotel, it was an absolute gem! The staff made our milestone anniversary incredible, they were attentive, friendly, humorous and an absolute asset to the Hilton Brand, all of the staff speak English better than I do (and Im English!) and are happy to converse, they even have the patience to allow someone with a very basic french ability to atleast try! They upgraded our room and really made us feel special. The bar staff are absolutely brilliant, they know when to chat and when to leave you alone. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I've read other reviews with negative comments and can honestly say that people must have been very unlucky or are very critical! We found the area to be clean and safe with plenty of amenities close by - just heading down the road for 5 minutes and you're in the heart of Montparnasse with plenty of restaurants to choose from, head down a different road for 3-4 minutes and the Eiffel Tower is literally staring at you. There's a local shop 30 seconds from the hotel for anything you would need. The location is still walkable into the centre of Paris, or the public transport is excellent once you walk down to Montparnasse. I really do recommend this place and we will be re-booking for next year! So to all of the staff, thank you very much!

Poor quality room for such an expensive hotel
Three issues:
1. The shower pressure was terrible.
2. The TV stopped working.
3. The air conditioning broke.
For such an expensive hotel I would expect a lot more.
