Mixed feelings about this stay.
I stayed here solo for leisure, 12 nights.
The price was very competitive, and the location is excellent — close to several public transport options (Elizabeth Line, Thames Clipper, DLR, and National Rail), with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping fell short. While the bedsheets, towels, and bathroom were perfectly clean, the room itself was quite dusty, and turning on the A/C would send dust particles into the air — not ideal for anyone with allergies. The bedsheets were only changed on day 10 of a 12-night stay, which felt poorly scheduled, and I received just one set of towels. I requested an extra set at the reception but never got it. There was also a bit of mold near the window, likely from condensation and poor air circulation.
It wasn’t bad enough to ask for a room change, but overall the experience felt subpar for a 3-star hotel. Also, a small fridge in the room would have been appreciated.
I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays, but for a short trip it might still be OK. Management should consider slightly raising prices and investing more in proper housekeeping.
