Actually the lighting in the rooms was a bit dark which I didn’t like. They should use brighter lights to complement the dark wood furniture as currently it looks very dark.
Great place as always. Two improvements I thought they could make this time is to fix the Wifi on level 4 as it was horrible this time and made me stay less pleasant. Also please fix the shower drainage as it doesn't drain properly resulting in the shower flooding the whole bathroom
The bed was hard as a rock. The shower had little water pressure. The room pic did not match the room decor. I ordered room service once a simple omelette...they for whatever reason put way to much pepper on it. I only could eat half. The WIFI is terrible! Only worked half the time..Do an upgrade! TV cable had problems with the connection so the clown came in and started taping the cable wire onto the the wall for support rather then replace it. OMG! They suggested we move to another room instead of just replacing the wire, Then continued to blame the problem on the TV provider. Will never stay here again..They have a posted advertisement from AGODA that says 8.1 rating...I would rate this place a 5.
I liked how close it was to everything,loved the friendly service. From now on it’s my place to stay in the Philippines
Staff were excellent, room was clean and cleaned daily,,,,,well worth the money!!!
Good location & super clean
All the staff were friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle service to where you want to go. I paid 2850 peso (60 dollars us) to go to manila. Laundry service is available. There is a minibar and also a basket of stuff,chips,Toothpaste, condoms etc. Good price. The safe in the room is ggod size i can put my 10 inch tablet. Also the airconditioner was good at times i had to turn off because to cold.
Hotel is great on walking street and very clean.the only down side is there is no elevator. If you are not in shape do not book the upper floors. You will be in super shape when you leave if you make the mistake.

Excellence front desk service. We arrived early around 9am. Clearly explained to us that we could only check in at 2pm. Was offer to leave our luggage at the front desk and was show to the nearest restaurant for our breakfast. At about 12noon, received a call from the front desk and informed room is ready. Felt great for the excellent service and will definitely come back for my next visit to Angeles city.
