Good value for the money on the budget category. The place is perfect to feel, for two or three days the sence of the place, inside the walls of Dubronik. Recomended for families with maximum two childrens. Cleaning is superficial

Location was perfect & hotel was clean & comfortable. I just recommend that they improve their check in procedure. The other place we stayed had a self check in using today’s technology (entrance door & room door used passwords to enter, these were sent to us via email. No need to worry if there is no 24 hr. Concierge if flight was delayed ). Thank you.

When we came in, there is just a door.. you will never find it if you dont have GPS. On the door its says to text or Whatsapp to a number to check in. Again no cell, no check in. We had local Sim cards, so our cell phones worked. We waited over 30 min for someone to come.. when they opened the door finally.. around 3pm.. the room was wrecked!!! it was like a buch of frat boys trashed the whole thing.. water on all the floors, food everywhere, trash of half eaten pizza and chips everywhere.. beers and drugs... the works.. They told us to come back in an hour because they had to clean. After it was clean, it was great.. if you dont mind outside noises. you can hear everything outside your door. Then when you are checking out, they offer that you can leave your bags wth them for 60 kuna an hour... which is crazy expensive compared to other places that will watch your stuff for 20 an hour.. an on those places you dont need to call them to retrieve your bags and wait for them to show up.. when ever that happens to be. Overall.. If you dont have a cell.. you are basically screwed.

Room is fine, has all you need and is comfortable and people checking us in where very friendly. Comfy big bed and useful little fridge. Bathroom is small again but perfectly adequate and all very clean. Old town is tiny so everything is on your doorstep. A little tricky with kids and a pram, but hardly the accommodations fault. All manageable though.

This place was the worst hotel in our 3 week trip. It was not clean, there was no place to hang the towel, we could not communicate with the booking agency, we are not even sure we were booked in the correct hotel? Dismal. Thank god it wasn't too expensive, but it was still not worth the money. The location was perfect however and fortunately we were only there for 2 days.
