Hotel Avenue

At the entrance of Burgas coming from Sofia. Room was average, the bathroom quite old. One of the wall power socket was behind the pillow of one of the bends. Was quite noisy during the morning hours (from inside) and noisy from outside when the window was open. Overall average.

First they told me no room available all rooms it's full I have to wait for their manager to give me a room the room was smell smoke from previous people it's not so clean

Hotel room is nice but not clean (bathroom corners). Boring breakfast. Rails at the stairs and corridors are too low and partly damaged. Risk to fall in worst case 20 meters down.

The hotel is in a convenient location, 6-7 min to the center and the sea. Close to Metro and Burgas Plaza. Parking is limited. A little old and neglected. The bathroom is unobtrusive and a little dirty. The carpet is stained. For a 5-day break, neither team changed their sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable.

Everything was fine but the construction next to the hotel. The work starts at 8 a,m, so no more sleep after that. Everything else was OK

Very kind staff, always willing to help. The Hotel is not close to the beach, but it can be easily reached by bus just across the street (busses running every 15min). There's a supermarket, a mall and a gas station at walking distance.
