Nobu Hotel Marbella

Stay was perfect, very clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. Did not like the surrounding (not much to do, if you do not play golf) and was quite shocked by the mixture of guests (too many beauty-doc treated women with blown-up mega-lips and too much botox), but this is of course not the fault of the hotel.

Hot spot for the area and quite busy over the weekend. Ensure to book your restaurants and drink tables in time before your stay.

3pm check in. I arrived at 315. The room assigned to me was not ready. 30 minutes. Fine. 4pm. Room still not ready. I get the key and its ready at 430. The TV was not 'on' and I tried to call the front desk. No answer. Three times. I had to walk to the front desk and they said I was not checked in yet. What? I also told them the A/C was blowing hot air. I was told 'give it time'. 2 hours later I called the front desk again and had no answer. I walked back to the front desk and they called maintenance who showed up in another hour. He cleaned the filter and said give it more time. At 1130pm still blowing hot air I dememded a different room. A maintenance guy told me that all the A/C units on that side were old water-cooled units and they never cool. So its not like they don't know they have problems on the 'left' side rooms.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is great. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants

Our stay at Nobu couldn’t have been more perfect, we loved every second of it! Our Junior Suite was large and furnished to the most exquisite detail. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had everything you could ever wish for to start off the day, a bonus for the gluten free cakes and healthy juices. The location in Puerto Romano is like being surrounded in a garden oasis with exotic plants and flowers everywhere. The staff from front desk to pool service was very attentive and we had everything we asked for swiftly. We can’t wait to return and cannot recommend the hotel enough.
