This hotel is in a great location, and we felt the room was clean, which is usually all my spouse and I care about.
With that said, we did not find anything about the room comfortable. The toilet stall door closed so close to where you sat that you realistically couldn’t keep it closed if you’re of an average height, or if you were able to get it shut you would either hit yourself trying to stand or just need to open it to get your pants back on.

Nice room for a family of 5. Staff was nice and helpful. Having 2 showers was a definite plus! Area was very centrally located and walking distance to many attractions.

We enjoyed our stay. We were a little worried about the four of us in one room but found the beds comfortable and the plug for each bunk allowed us to each have our own space. Having two showers in the bunk room was helpful. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

Nice location and quiet if you get a room facing the minimal courtyard. Beds are comfortable with many pillows. But the arrangements with toilet and shower (with bad flow) as part of the bedroom is not nice if you are two persons sharing it.
