To check in you actually go to Hotel Chicago about a block away. The location of the room is not an actual hotel but a nondescript apartment building in between a bunch of regular hotels. The gentleman at Hotel Chicago walked us over to the apartment building and showed us in, he was very nice. The room is more alongs the lines of a fully private hostel room. It’s small with its own bathroom. It looks like they turned an larger apartment into 5-6 private rooms with a community room for breakfast. It was honestly not what I was expecting based on the pictures. It was not overtly dirty but also not the cleanest room. Old bedding and towels and was very dated. We were only there one night and wanted to be close to Roma Termini for our early train the next morning, it’s about 4 min walk to train station. It worked for our very short stay but would not stay her again. Needs some updating.

Paid extra for a queen bed. Which was two singles pushed together with a queen sheet. Could of saved myself £30/40 and done it myself. Room photos are extremely misleading, as room is absolutely tiny

Location was convenient, close to train station. Our hostess Natalia was great, friendly and helpful. The room was small but we only stayed in the room to sleep.
